Growing up playing a lot of sport, Zoe has always had a strong interest in staying fit and active. After finishing her degree at La Trobe University, Zoe went straight into private practice and believes in taking a holistic approach to rehabilitation in order to help people get back to feeling their best. Zoe aims to achieve a balance of manual therapy, exercise prescription and education in her sessions but will tailor her treatment to what works best for you.
Zoe has a special interest in Women’s Health conditions having worked in a Women’s clinic for 2 years and recently completing Taryn Hallam’s Women’s Health Course. She loves assisting women through the pre- and post- natal stage, whether it be pregnancy-related pain, post-natal recovery or returning back to exercise post birth.
Fun Facts: Zoe has an avid appreciation for all things 90’s – whether it be music, movies/TV or the fashion, so she will likely be pumping some classic 90’s tunes in her exercise classes. She is also a big sports fan and follows the Hawks in the AFL and the Toronto Raptors in the NBA.
