We would like to assure our clients and community that we hold your safety and health in the highest esteem, and we are doing all we can to minimise risk of COVID19 in our clinic. This means some changes to how we operate, and it also means we require your full participation and assistance in upholding our hygiene and safety protocols.
We have stringent hygiene and sanitation processes in place to keep the clinic as safe as possible during operation.
We are cleaning and disinfecting rooms between each appointment, and practicing social distancing. In addition, our whole clinic gets a deep sanitising clean several times per day, and all staff and patients are required to use hand sanitiser on arrival and departure from the clinic. We have closed the waiting room area, and kindly request that all clients wait for their appointments in their car or outside, to ensure social distancing.
We request that anyone who has been unwell with signs or symptoms of COVID19 abstain from attending the clinic, and instead cancel their appointment. We advise them to seek medical care. Anyone presenting unwell will be politely declined entry to the clinic.
We also request that anyone who has had direct contact with a confirmed OR suspect case of COVID19 abstain from attending the clinic until both they and the contact person are clear of any signs or symptoms of illness for a minimum of 14 days. We may request documentation of negative test results or a letter of medical clearance from a doctor in some instances.
